Thankful Tuesday: Friends

No matter how old we get, everyone needs friends.  I sometimes feel like I don't have many friends at all, but that is the way it has also been for me.  Sometimes it takes awhile for me to make friends I am shy after all.  So I thank everyone who has stuck by me over the years, I really appreciate it.  I am sorry if I don't talk to some of you for awhile, but I am thankful for the times we do get to spend together.  I wish I had more pictures of friends to show you, but this is all I could find.  Enjoy.

Thankful Tuesday: Family

I would like to talk about my family.  My family lives all over, sometimes I wish I lived in the same town as some of them, but I don't. I have a sister that lives in Spanish Fork UT, a sister that lives in Firestone CO, a sister that lives in Amarillo TX, a brother that lives in Ramona CA and another brother that lives with my parents in Ramona CA, but soon to be in Amarillo TX.  The last time we were all together, was the end of December 2010 and we met at my parents new house in Amarillo TX.  They will be moving permanently there at the end of April.  I probably don't tell them all the time, but I love all of them.  They all mean the world to me.

Russel Ballard- to be a good mother...

I know I did a post about my boys not to long ago, but I want to post about them again.  My boys mean everything to me.  All 3 of them are unique and special.  Ethan is a great big brother, is a very good student, has many friends, loves to snowboard and is very good at soccer.  He also will get his license this week sometime.  Zach loves to visit people and loves cars, that is why he asks everyone what kind of car they drive.  He also is very good at remembering dates.  He loves his brothers very much.  Even though, he has Muscular Dystrophy and a mild form of autism I wouldn't trade him for anything.  He is the best, just the way he is.  Then there is Connor, who is the baby of the family, well he really isn't the baby anymore he is 8.  He loves to play with batman, played basketball and soccer for the first time last year and he seemed to enjoy himself.  He also loves to play board games, he wants to play one each day.  He also is showing more imagination lately and that is fun to watch.  He also loves his 2 older brothers.

Thankful Tuesday: My husband

I have't blogged for awhile, so I thought it was time I got back into it.  I will try my best to blog on Tuesday, so it can be Thankful Tuesday.  For my first Thankful Tuesday, I will talk about my husband.  I love him with all my heart and I am grateful he is my husband.  This is how we met.  I was 21 in September of 1993 and decided to go to college for the first time at SUU in Cedar City UT. I decided to go to the dance the Saturday before school started and that is where I met Will.  This is how I worded it in my Journal: I did meet a guy- Will from Kentucky and he seems pretty nice.  Was with him for awhile and got to know him and maybe I'll see him around sometime.  Well, I ran into him a few more times that week and we decided to meet up at the dance that Friday.  Then that night, I asked him if he wanted to go to the midnight movie of The Fugitive and he did.  I went with some friends and he came too.  Well, the rest is history.  We were dated for quite awhile.  We got engaged on Mother's Day and then got married on Dec. 17, 1994 in the San Diego Temple.  It is fun looking in my Journal to see how I met Will and how things went for us.  He is a wonderful father to our 3 boys and he is a great husband.  I never thought I would get married, but I did at the age of 22.  I also never thought that a guy would ever fall in love with me, but Will did.  Here are some pictures of us and also some sayings.  Enjoy.

Everyone Have A Wonderful Week

I have been sick , that is why  I haven't blogged for a little while.  I think I am feeling better, but I am not 100% yet.  Hopefully, one of these days I will feel that way.  Besides being sick, I think I am doing okay.  Still trying to figure out what I should be doing with my life. but I have the best husband and kids in the world.  My husband took care of me, when I was sick and then he ended up being sick and I did my best to take care of him.  I hope everyone has a Wonderful Week.

What I Have Been Feeling

I know not many people read my blog, (I thank everyone who does read my blog ,Your All Awesome) I have never been popular, I know I am a boring person, (my husband doesn't think so, he thinks I'm great)  I know some people don't like me for one reason or another (even at the age of 40 I still feel this way) and well that is fine with me because I really need to STOP worrying about what people think of me.  But for me this is really hard because I have done this to myself my whole life.  I have so many things going on in my head right now, that I don't know how to put them all into words, so here are some sayings that I found that says it all.

I Love To See The Temple.

I was traveling on Wednesday, so that is why I didn't update my blog on that day.  My trip to California was lots of fun and probably one of the highlights was going to the San Diego Temple on New Year's Day.  This was the place that Will and I got married 18 years ago and it was so nice going back there again.  With it being a holiday it was closed, so we took the boys with us and just took pictures.  The boys have never seen this temple in person, so it was great to be there with them.  Enjoy the pictures.
